Your using the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. Account Terms
As a shorts.lol User:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when content is posted by others who have their own logins under your account).
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
Subscription Terms
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service for the remainder of your billing period.
Users 100% own the content they create and can use it however they want even without an active subscription. However, any new export requires an active subscription.
Subscription are non-refundable, if you face bugs or issues with your generations, please reach out to our support team so we can help you.
Usage Restrictions
You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not contribute content to the Service or otherwise use the Services or interact with the Services in a manner that:
Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else;
Violates any law or regulation;
Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
Jeopardizes the security of your shorts.lol account or anyone else's;
Attempts to obtain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts;
Interferes with the proper working of the Services;
